Our room had central heating and a flat-screen TV, and the central location couldn't have been better, being close to the heart of the town.

extremely helpful staff, gave a lot of tourist information. the rooms of our place were reasonably spacious and fine with balcony. the breakfast we had was great.

I came here for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Functional hotel, all of the staff were amiable and best, favourable location close to both ski lifts. I truly enjoyed the functional-style building and my good-sized and fine room with balcony. Location: the venue was adjacent to the centre. Had dinner at The Japanese Restaurant, set 5 mins away on foot;))

The location of the hotel was fantastic - just a short walk from the train station and the center of town. The room had a charming rustic decor, made me feel like I was staying in a cozy mountain hut. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay special. I especially appreciated the personalized thank you gift I received upon departure. The breakfast was decent, and I enjoyed the atmosphere of the reception area and the Uela pop-up coffee house. Despite a couple of minor issues with the outdated bathroom and the occasional water temperature fluctuation in the shower, I had a wonderful time at Bergidyll. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and authentic Swiss feel.

The location was mind-blowing, just a 2-minute walk to the station and ski lift. The lounge, bar, and restaurant area were super cozy, and the apre ski yard was jaw-dropping. The free parking was a huge plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The cookchef's talent was evident in the amazing food, especially the great bread at breakfast. And of course, the rooms were clean and spacious, with a touch of vintage Swiss charm. The whole experience left me wanting to come back again.
